Denitsa, originally from Bulgaria, is a holistic health coach, dance fitness instructor, and certified macrobiotic chef with 12 years of experience living in Japan and China. A graduate of the Tokyo Macrobiotic School, she combines her studies in Chinese medicine with her expertise in Japanese healing foods to help people build healthy habits and balance their lives through nutrition and movement.
