Is your work stressful ? Do you find yourself having chronic pain ? Do you have any specific physical reactions that happen when you are at work or when you are thinking about work ?
Each of us possesses an innate wisdom within our bodies. In stressful situations, we often distance ourselves from this wisdom and react automatically. This automatic response is influenced by various factors, including physiological, educational and cultural elements. While some of our behaviors may serve a purpose, many of us wish we could respond in a different way.
We will see how listening to our bodies can help us recognize these automatic reactions, enabling us to be more present, make different choices, find peace of mind, and even reduce chronic pain.
