Instructor : Asako Inagaki
Asako is a certified Holistic Health Coach, yoga instructor, and a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness. With a background in marketing and consulting, she transitioned into holistic health to help individuals and organizations cultivate well-being from the inside out.
She specializes in guiding people to establish a sustainable, healthy lifestyle through a comprehensive approach that includes physical, mental, and emotional health.
Asako is the founder of Healthiest Me and has worked with corporate leaders, parents, and professionals to integrate wellness into their daily lives. She holds multiple certifications in holistic health coaching, yoga, breathwork, and mindful cooking.
