Flashback of…Integrating your Ikigai

We are thrilled to share the success of our workshop on the Japanese concept of Ikigai.
Ikigai is designed to empower people to find their purpose in life beyond just work.
Hosted at the prestigious LVMH house in Japan, our workshop assembled a diverse group of FAJ members and LVMH staff for an inspiring and impactful experience. Jennifer Shinkai led the workshop, providing a deeper understanding of Ikigai and practical tips for daily life.

Jennifer is a British-born, Oxford-educated, Tokyo-based Ikigai and Inclusion facilitator and coach, and the founder of Make March Matter, a free online community for business owners. She is also the host of the “Ikigai with Jennifer Shinkai” podcast and YouTube channel.

Thanks to:
• All who attended and to Jennifer for sharing her knowledge and passion for Ikigai.
• LVMH Japan for hosting this event: Aya and Risako
Jessica, Trista, and Beth from FAJ for leading this initiative! Let’s continue to inspire and support each other as we strive to live lives filled with purpose and joy!

Jennifer Shinkai runs also quarterly a (free) workshop to exchange on female accomplishments in the workplace and beyond. The next one will take place online on Wednesday, June 7, 11:30 AM-13:00PM JST.
Please note that this is not a FAJ event.
