Great workshop hosted by Asako Inagaki, certified Holistic Health Coach, who created a warm and safe space for self-reflection.
We learned the basics of holistic well-being and the 12 essential life factors or Primary Foods : Creativity, Finances, Career, Education, Health, Physical Activity, Home Cooking, Home Environment, Relationships, Social Life, Joy and Spirituality.
The 8 participants were invited to define what being healthy and self-care mean to them, and evaluate where their life balance stands. Everyone shared some of their reflections and realizations.
This workshop was a great opportunity to take time to think about ourselves and our lives, and what we can do to support ourselves.
We thank again Asako for introducing us to holistic health and taking us a step further.
